		~ A blueprint review appointment is recommended for new construction and remodeling
			projects.
		~ Our Project Planner will make appointments to perform a free onsite inspection to
			prepare a detailed written proposal and contract.

		INSTALLATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
		~ Certified G.A.S. Check technicians complete all work in accordance with industry
			standards and applicable codes.
		~ Installations are guaranteed for one year.
		~ Periodic appliance maintenance is recommended and is billed on a flat rate basis.

		SERVICE ADVANTAGES FOR PRIORITY ACCOUNTS
		~ Fuel account customers receive priority scheduling and a 15% discount on service
			work.
		~ Licensed contractors receive a 5% discount on materials and installations as well as
			free pre-occupancy tank usage.

		PAYMENT POLICIES
		~ Terms for customers with approved credit are 10 days from date of sale.
