	Leased Tanks
	~ Customers located within our propane fuel service area that use more than 240 gallons of
		propane per year qualify for a leased propane tank. Sunshine Propane determines what propane tank size is appropriate based on anticipated annual propane fuel volume.
	~ Initial lease period is 3 years with annual renewal thereafter.
	~ Lease includes initial tankset, leveling blocks, regulator with connector, Gas Appliance System
		safety check, and periodic maintenance of the tank.
	~ A $250 Deposit is required for any non-permanent structure such as a trailer or motor home.

	Purchased Tanks
	~ Purchase of a propane tank includes a regulator with connector, purging of air, injection of
		methanol, leveling blocks, delivery within our fuel service area, and a Gas Appliance System safety check.
	~ Our underground propane tanks include an anticorrosion coating.
	~ Safe propane fuel delivery on-site requires a tank size of at least 50 gallons.
	~ We sell all sizes of smaller cylinders and can fill them from the dispenser at our office.
	~ We have drive-thru propane fill up for vehicles, recreational vehicles, and motor homes.

	Underground Tanks

	Mechanical Permits
	~	All cities and counties within our area require a mechanical permit for setting a propane tank. We take responsibility for all interactions with the fire or building department.
