of licensing through the State of Washington |

~ Certificate
of Insurance |
| |

~ Documentation
of bonding and certification to install these
appliances and materials |

This
policy has been established to help protect
our customers from any lack of warranty or
insurance coverage that might occur due to
unqualified persons performing installations
of these appliances. |
