We wanted to convert our 30 year old baseboard electric heating system to propane when we purchased our Sequim home. We worked closely with Richard Chawes who was thorough and conscientious in designing the propane boiler system. He patiently explained the options as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages. The installing and testing of the selected system (the Munchkin Boiler) was done professionally and competently with Richard, David Lemley, and others taking all the time necessary (and more) to make sure we understood how the system worked and how to fine tune the zone heating areas to our needs. They encountered several logistical issues while installing a new heating system in an existing dwelling but they had the experience and skill to successfully address each issue.
